Kupang - Pangdam IX/Udayana Major General TNI Sonny Aprianto, S.E., M.M., carried out a working visit to the province of NTT, in order to attend the 1st Birthday of the Air Defense Artillery Battalion (Yonarhanud) 9/Angkasa Widya Jayanta and the Field Artillery Battalion (Yonarmed) 20/155 Independent Movement/Bhadika Yudha, on Friday (19/5/2023).
Arriving at Mako Yonarhanud 9/AWJ, Naunu Village, Fatuleu District, Kupang Regency, the Military Commander (Pangdam) IX/Udayana was greeted by soldiers who enthusiastically sang Mars Military Command IX/Udayana.
In his remarks, the Military Commander expressed his hope that the Yonarhanud 9/AWJ and Yonarmed 20/155 GS/BY units will age. It is hoped that the Udayana Soldiers who have been given assignments by the state can carry out their duties professionally.
"Udayana Soldiers are professional and modern Soldiers who work under 1 (One) Command. You as Udayana Soldiers are obliged to be grateful for the blessings that have been given, don't compare it with the lives of other people," said the Military Commander.
Further regarding the synergy with Polri, the Military Commander said that the TNI and Polri are brothers. Therefore, the Military Commander invites all soldiers in his ranks to maintain TNI-Polri synergy in order to face future situations and challenges.
The event, which was full of intimacy, was marked by the cutting of the Tumpeng and the handing over of the keys to the KPR house symbolically by the Regional Military Commander IX/Udayana to the soldiers.
