Celebrate the Anniversary, Persit KCK Region IX/Udayana and Regional "J" Dharma Pertiwi Hold Blood Donation

Denpasar - In commemoration of the 77th anniversary of Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana and the 59th anniversary of Dharma Pertiwi, Regional IX/Udayana Persit KCK and Regional "J" Dharma Pertiwi participated in supporting humanitarian programs through blood donation activities held at Udayana Hall Makodam IX/Udayana, Denpasar, on Monday (6/3/2023).

Starting the event, Mrs. Dinni Sonny Aprianto as Head of Persit KCK Region IX/Udayana and Regional Dharma Pertiwi "J" delivered a speech read by the Deputy Chairperson of Persit KCK Region IX/Udayana Mrs. Lusi Sachono, that this event is one of a series of activities to commemorate the 77th anniversary of Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana on April 3 2023 and the 59th anniversary of Dharma Pertiwi on April 15, 2023.

The purpose of this blood donation activity is to support humanitarian programs, where the blood obtained will increase the availability of blood at PMI and be distributed to patients in need. A drop of donated blood will mean a lot to save someone's soul.

“I thank the donors who voluntarily and sincerely donate their blood. Hopefully the sincerity of the intentions of the donors will receive blessings and rewards from God Almighty," said Mrs. Dinni Sonny Aprianto.

On this occasion, Military Commander (Pangdam) IX/Udayana Maj. Gen. TNI Sonny Aprianto, S.E., M.M., in his remarks read by Kasdam IX/Udayana Brigadier General TNI Sachono, S.H., M.Sc., expresses appreciation to Dharma Pertiwi Daerah "J" and Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana Regional Manager IX/Udayana, the committee and the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) of Bali Province who have initiated this humanitarian program.

It was also conveyed that improving health status must receive serious attention from all parties because it can improve people's welfare and this will certainly make a positive contribution to development as a whole.

The blood donation carried out is a form of real contribution in helping to improve health services in the community and is also very beneficial for the health of the donors. "For this reason, in the future blood donation activities like this can be further improved and hopefully what is being carried out will benefit all parties, especially those who need it," hoped the Pangdam.

As a form of appreciation for PMI's blood donation in commemoration of the 77th anniversary of Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana and the 59th anniversary of Dharma Pertiwi which managed to collect 93 bags of blood, the Chairman of the PMI Bali Province I Gusti Bagus Alit Putra, S.H., S. Sos., M.Sc., handed over the certificate of appreciation received by the Deputy Head of Persit KCK Region IX/Udayana. (Pendam IX/Udy)
