Denpasar - Pangdam IX/Udayana Major General TNI Sonny Aprianto, S.E., M.M., received a working visit from the Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic Indonesia (Menpora RI) Mr. Ario Bimo Nandito Ariotedjo, S.H., along with High Officials from the Indonesian Ministry of Youth and Sport, located in the Guest Room of the Regional Military Commander IX/Udayana, Udayana Street No. 1, Denpasar, on Friday (14/4/2023).
The youngest minister in Indonesia expressed his gratitude to the Military Commander (Pangdam) and his staff for taking the time and giving a very kind welcome amid the busyness of the Udayana Regional Military Command in carrying out their duties.
Apart from staying in touch, the Menpora said that his visit to the Kodam IX/Udayana with this group was also aimed at discussing the Asean Summit (KTT) activities in May in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT).
Responding to this, the Pangdam who was accompanied by Assistants to Kasdam IX/Udayana expressed his welcome and gratitude for the visit of the Indonesian Menpora and his entourage at the Udayana Regional Military Command.
Regarding the activities of the Asean Summit which will be held in Labuan Bajo, the Udayana Regional Military Command is ready to work together with other relevant agencies including the Ministry of Youth and Sports in order to make this activity a success.
Furthermore, the Pangdam IX/Udayana accompanied the Menpora and General Chairperson of the Indonesian Olympic Committee (KOI) Mr. Raja Sapta Oktohari visited the Office of the Governor of Bali Dr. Ir. I Wayan Koster, M.M., at Jaya Sabha, Denpasar. (Pendam IX/Udy)
