Nahrawi’s Septic Tank Project Reaches 100 Percent Completion Under TMMD Program
Probolinggo, Sunday, May 10, 2026 – The construction of an individual septic tank belonging to Mr. Nahrawi in Sumur Hamlet, RT 17 RW 07, Brabe Village, Maron District, Probolinggo Regency, has been completed 100 percent and is ready for use. The activity is one of the physical targets of the 128th TMMD Program carried out by Kodim 0820 Probolinggo.
Mr. Nahrawi, 60, previously did not have adequate sanitation facilities. Through the TMMD program, a septic tank that meets environmental health standards has been built for his household.
The construction process was carried out through mutual cooperation between TMMD Task Force personnel and local residents. The work included excavation, installation of the tank structure, and the construction of the waste disposal system.
Corporal Dedy Santoso from Koramil 0820-21 Maron, who was assigned to oversee the site, confirmed that all work had been completed according to technical specifications. He stated that the facility is now ready to be utilized.
“The construction of Mr. Nahrawi’s septic tank has been completed 100 percent and is ready for use. We hope this facility will help support clean and healthy living habits,” said Corporal Dedy Santoso.
Mr. Nahrawi expressed his gratitude for the assistance provided through the TMMD program. He said he is greatly helped, as his family now has access to more proper sanitation facilities.
The 128th TMMD Task Force of Kodim 0820 Probolinggo is targeting all physical projects to be completed on schedule. Sanitation development is an important part of improving the quality of public health in rural communities.
This Individual Septic Tank Program is a tangible example of the Indonesian Army’s commitment to supporting clean sanitation initiatives in Brabe Village. (*)
