TMMD 128 Successfully Completes Infrastructure and Community Programs in Ende Regency


ENDE – The 128th TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) Program of 2026 in the area of Kodim 1602/Ende was officially closed through a ceremony held at the courtyard of SMP Detunggale, Fataatu Timur Village, Wewaria District, Ende Regency, on Thursday (21/5/2026).


The closing ceremony was led directly by the Chief of Staff of Korem 161/Wirasakti, Colonel Inf. Albertus Yostina David, who served as the Ceremony Inspector. The event took place solemnly and reflected a strong spirit of togetherness among the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), local government, security personnel, and the surrounding community.

Also attending the event were the Territorial Section Chief of Korem 161/WS Colonel Inf. Pedro, Commander of Kodim 1602/Ende Lieutenant Colonel Inf. Dwi Harry Wibowo, S.E., M.M., S.I.P., Ende Police Chief AKBP Yudhi Pranata, S.I.K., M.H. Str, Ops La, Ende Regional Secretary Gabriel Dala representing the Regent of Ende, members of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda), TNI-Polri officials, religious leaders, traditional leaders, community figures, and residents of Fataatu Timur Village.

During the ceremony, the Commander of Kodim 1602/Ende, serving as the TMMD Task Force Commander, delivered a report on the results of the 128th TMMD program, which had been carried out over the past month. The event continued with the symbolic removal of participant ribbons from TMMD task force members, the signing of the official handover documents for the TMMD projects, and the transfer of development results to the local government.

In his remarks, the Chief of Staff of Korem 161/Wirasakti stated that TMMD is a concrete form of synergy between the TNI, regional government, and the community in accelerating development in rural areas.


Carrying the theme “TMMD One Step Forward, Building the Nation from the Villages,” the program was considered successful in improving community welfare while strengthening the unity between the TNI and the people.


“The four TMMD Task Forces under Kodam IX/Udayana, spread across Ende Regency, Southwest Sumba, East Lombok, and Karangasem, have successfully completed all physical and non-physical targets,” the Kasrem stated in his speech.


He also expressed appreciation to the regional government, related agencies, and the entire community for their full support during the implementation of the TMMD program, allowing all activities to run smoothly and achieve their intended goals.

Following the closing ceremony, activities continued with the symbolic distribution of social assistance to residents of Aelipo Village and Fataatu Timur Village. The delegation then directly inspected the TMMD development sites, including road access and several facilities built jointly by the TMMD Task Force and local residents.

The 128th TMMD Program in the Kodim 1602/Ende area focused not only on infrastructure development but also on non-physical activities such as public counseling, community development, and strengthening national awareness to reinforce regional resilience.

Throughout the entire series of activities, the situation remained safe and conducive. Security was optimally maintained by personnel from Kodim 1602/Ende, Subdenpom Ende, and the Traffic Police escort unit of Ende Police.
