TMMD Task Force Accelerates Rehabilitation of Mrs. Sayani’s Home in Brabe Village

 

Probolinggo, Sunday, May 10, 2026 – The rehabilitation program for an uninhabitable house belonging to Mrs. Sayani, a resident of Klagin Hamlet RT 19 RW 07, Brabe Village, Maron District, Probolinggo Regency, has reached 75 percent completion. The activity is part of the physical targets of the 128th TMMD program carried out by Kodim 0820 Probolinggo.

Mrs. Sayani, 85 years old, previously lived in a house that was no longer fit for habitation. Through the TMMD program, her house is being renovated, starting from the building structure to the roof, to make it safer and more comfortable to live in.

At the site, personnel from the 128th TMMD Task Force together with local residents are working hand in hand to complete the installation of walls, flooring, and roof framing. The strong cooperation has accelerated the rehabilitation process.

Sergeant Frengky, a member of the 128th TMMD Task Force from Kodim 0820 assigned to the field, said the work has now entered its final stage. He is targeting the rehabilitation to be completed according to the scheduled timeline.

“The rehabilitation progress of Mrs. Sayani’s house has reached 75 percent. We are optimistic that the remaining work can be completed on time,” said Sergeant Frengky.

Mrs. Sayani expressed her gratitude for the assistance provided by the TMMD Task Force. She admitted feeling greatly helped, as her house is now becoming sturdier and more suitable for living.

Residents of Klagin Hamlet have also appreciated the RTLH rehabilitation program, which they believe has brought real positive changes for underprivileged families. The presence of the TNI is seen as accelerating development while strengthening solidarity within the village.
