Ministry of Defense Task Force Conducts BMN Evaluation at Korem 083/Baladhika Jaya

 

Malang – Friday (August 7, 2026) – The commitment of Korem 083/Baladhika Jaya to building professional, transparent, and accountable logistics governance continues to be strengthened. This commitment was demonstrated through the implementation of guidance, monitoring, and evaluation of the utilization of State-Owned Assets (BMN) by the Task Force of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia at the Korem 083/Baladhika Jaya Headquarters.

The activity, which involved all relevant personnel in the logistics sector, served as an important momentum to ensure that every state asset is managed with proper administration, utilized appropriately, and able to provide maximum support for the implementation of the unit's duties. During the activity, the Commander of Korem 083/Baladhika Jaya, Colonel Inf. Wahyu Ramadhanus Suryawan, S.Sos., M.M.S., M.Han., represented by the Head of Logistics Section (Kasilog) of Korem 083/Baladhika Jaya, received the Ministry of Defense Task Force led by Subteam Head Colonel Laut (H) Suprih Hono.

The team conducted a comprehensive inspection, ranging from reviewing administrative documents and matching inventory data to physically inspecting official vehicles, facilities, logistics warehouses, and various unit materiel. The process was part of efforts to strengthen the internal supervision system, ensuring that the management of state-owned assets remains in accordance with applicable regulations and the principles of good governance.

Representing the Commander of Korem 083/Baladhika Jaya, the Head of the Logistics Section stated that the evaluation was not merely an inspection process, but also served as a means of guidance to continuously improve the quality of the unit's logistics management. All input and recommendations from the Ministry of Defense Task Force will serve as material for further improvements toward a more effective, efficient, and accountable administrative system.

Through this activity, Korem 083/Baladhika Jaya reaffirmed its commitment to fostering a professional work culture and strengthening the management of state assets as an essential part of supporting the unit's operational readiness. Good logistics governance is considered a fundamental foundation for establishing a modern and adaptive Indonesian Army organization that continues to earn the trust of the public.
