KPPN Malang Honors Korem 083/Baladhika Jaya as Top-Performing Work Unit



Malang – Sound budget management is a vital foundation for supporting the successful execution of state duties. In recognition of its commitment, the Indonesian Army's Korem 083/Baladhika Jaya received the Best Performing Work Unit (Satker) Award for the Second Quarter of Fiscal Year 2026 from the Malang State Treasury Service Office (KPPN Malang).

The award was presented to Commander of Korem 083/Baladhika Jaya, Col. Inf. Wahyu Ramadhanus, during the State Budget (APBN) Press Release event, which was attended by around 50 leaders from the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), the National Police (Polri), and regional government institutions.

With this achievement, Korem 083/Baladhika Jaya was recognized alongside the 2nd Infantry Division/Kostrad (Divif 2 Kostrad) and the 18th Infantry Brigade/Trisula (Brigif 18 Trisula) as one of the top-performing work units in budget management within the category of agencies managing budgets exceeding Rp150 billion.

Col. Wahyu Ramadhanus emphasized that effective budget governance is an integral part of military professionalism in carrying out the nation's mandate.

> "We will continue to uphold integrity, transparency, and accountability in every aspect of budget management so that all programs provide tangible benefits for mission execution and the wider community," he said.



Meanwhile, Muhammad Rusna, Head of KPPN Malang, highlighted that the State Budget (APBN) plays a strategic role in sustaining economic growth, national development, and public welfare, making responsible financial management essential.


The award serves as further motivation for Korem 083/Baladhika Jaya to strengthen its culture of professionalism, improve the quality of budget execution, and promote increasingly effective, transparent, and accountable. ::: management of public finances.
