Kodim 0820/Probolinggo Boosts Cooperative Development Through TMMD Capacity-Building Program

  

Probolinggo, Saturday, May 9, 2026 – Non-physical activities under the 128th TMMD Program for Fiscal Year 2026 continue to be intensified by Kodim 0820/Probolinggo. One of the activities carried out was a human resource capacity-building session for KDKMP, along with motivational guidance for village heads, chairpersons, and KDKMP staff across Maron District, held at Dam 8 Café.

The event was attended by Maron Sub-district Secretary Mr. Wawas Arif Rachmanto, S.E., M.M., Commander of Koramil 0820/21 Maron Captain Arh Murianto, S.T., M.M., Babinsa of Koramil 0820/21 Maron Sergeant Major Rustam E., Brabe Village Head Sunardi and his village officials, as well as cooperative chairpersons and KDKMP staff from across Maron District.

Also present as speakers and motivators were Cooperative Supervisor of Probolinggo Regency Yosep, and Chairman of KDKMP Wringin Anom Kuripan, Rudi Hartono, who shared motivation and practical insights on cooperative management and institutional strengthening of KDKMP.

In his remarks, Commander of Koramil 0820/21 Maron Captain Arh Murianto emphasized that TMMD’s non-physical activities are not solely focused on infrastructure development, but also on improving the quality of human resources in rural communities.

“Through this activity, we hope KDKMP administrators will enhance their managerial capabilities, enthusiasm, and motivation in developing cooperatives to improve community welfare,” he said.

Meanwhile, Maron Sub-district Secretary Wawas Arif Rachmanto expressed appreciation for the capacity-building initiative, stating that it strengthens synergy between village governments, cooperatives, and the community in supporting regional development.

The materials presented during the event covered human resource capacity enhancement for KDKMP, cooperative institutional governance, and motivational sessions for village heads, chairpersons, and KDKMP staff to become more active and innovative in implementing community economic empowerment programs.

The activity was conducted enthusiastically and featured interactive discussion and question-and-answer sessions between participants and speakers to deepen understanding of KDKMP management across Maron District.
