Srihayati’s House Ready for Handover as TMMD 128 Probolinggo Completes Final Clean-Up

 

Probolinggo, Saturday (May 9) – Personnel of the Task Force for the 128th TMMD Program of Kodim 0820 Probolinggo carried out an environmental clean-up activity around the home of 50-year-old Srihayati in Leduk Hamlet, RT 17 RW 07, Brabe Village, Maron District, Probolinggo Regency.

The activity was conducted after the rehabilitation of Srihayati’s uninhabitable house had officially reached 100 percent completion. The clean-up included removing leftover construction materials, leveling the yard, and arranging the surrounding area to ensure the house is cleaner and more comfortable to live in.

At the site, TNI personnel and local residents worked together to clear the area of unused sand, stones, and wood. The community service activity proceeded smoothly, reflecting the strong spirit of cooperation between the task force and local residents.

Koptu Dedy Santoso of Koramil 0820-21 Maron, who led the activity, said that environmental clean-up is the final stage of the housing rehabilitation program. According to him, maintaining a clean environment is essential so that the benefits of the development can be fully enjoyed by the recipient.

“We want to ensure that the renovated house is not only structurally fit but also clean and healthy to live in. This is part of the task force’s responsibility through to the final stage,” said Koptu Dedy Santoso.

Srihayati expressed her gratitude for the assistance provided by the TNI in completing the renovation of her home. She admitted that she never expected her house to be transformed into a more livable place in such a short time.

Residents of Leduk Hamlet also participated in the clean-up process as a form of support for the 128th TMMD Program. They assessed that the presence of the TNI has brought positive changes to the village environment.

The 128th TMMD Task Force of Kodim 0820 Probolinggo has ensured that all physical and non-physical targets are completed properly. Following this clean-up stage, Srihayati’s house is now ready to be officially handed over for occupancy. (*)
