TNI and Local Government Provide School Supplies to Students in Maron District

Probolinggo, Saturday, May 9, 2026 – In support of the 128th TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) Program for Fiscal Year 2026, a school stationery distribution activity was held for kindergarten, elementary, and junior high school students within the Kodim 0820/Probolinggo area, provided by the Probolinggo Regency Education and Culture Office.

The activity began at 8:00 a.m. local time and took place at Maron Wetan 1 Elementary School, Maron Wetan Village, Maron District, Probolinggo Regency. The event was conducted in an orderly and enthusiastic atmosphere, receiving a warm response from students and teaching staff.

Those attending the event included Maron Subdistrict Head Nurhafifah, S.P.I., M.AP., Maron Police Chief First Inspector Arif Nurdasoso, S.Sos., Commander of Koramil 0820-21/Maron Captain Arh Murianto, S.T., M.M., Principal Harsono, Maron Regional Education Coordinator Muslihatin, heads of education divisions in the Maron area, Babinsa of Koramil 0820/21 Sergeant Hendrik, as well as students of Maron Wetan 1 Elementary School.

During the event, school stationery was symbolically distributed to kindergarten, elementary, and junior high school students as a form of concern for education and moral support to encourage students to study harder.

Captain Arh Murianto stated that the activity reflects the synergy between the TNI and the local government in helping improve the quality of education in the region.

“Through this activity, we hope to help meet the children’s school needs and further motivate them to pursue their dreams through education,” he said.
