TNI and Residents Work Together to Complete Livable Home for Khosinah in Brabe Village

 

Probolinggo, Saturday, May 16, 2026 – The rehabilitation of an uninhabitable house (RTLH) belonging to Khosinah (70), a resident of Klagin Hamlet RT 18 RW 07, Brabe Village, Maron District, Probolinggo Regency, is expected to be completed in the near future.

The work is being carried out through mutual cooperation between personnel of the 128th TMMD Task Force and local residents. The final stage includes wall finishing, painting, and cleaning the surrounding area to ensure the house is ready for occupancy.

Second Lieutenant Arm Ary, the Platoon Commander of the 128th TMMD Task Force from Yon Armed 8/UY Jember, directly led the completion process at the site. He ensured that all finishing work was carried out neatly and according to proper standards.

“We have entered the final stage. Right now, we are focusing on finishing and cleaning so that Mrs. Khosinah’s house can soon be suitable for living,” said Second Lieutenant Arm Ary.

The house rehabilitation aims to provide a safe, healthy, and comfortable home for Mrs. Khosinah in her elderly years. The previous condition of the house was considered unsuitable for habitation.

The 128th TMMD Task Force of Kodim 0820/Probolinggo is targeting all physical development projects to be completed on schedule. The finishing stage is considered crucial in determining the final quality of the building before it is officially handed over to the owner.

Residents of Klagin Hamlet warmly welcomed the assistance. They voluntarily participated in cleaning and tidying the environment around the house.

With a consistent spirit of teamwork, the Task Force remains optimistic that the rehabilitation of Mrs. Khosinah’s house will soon be completed. This activity stands as clear evidence of the TNI’s concern for the welfare of rural communities. ***
